Afflicted by ones own childish mistakes
Accepting the truth of missing out on what was always wanted
Yet still compelled to make myself known
Even if the results may not ever be in my favor
A sacrifice of my own integrity
the existence of which is debatable
But to show her how Ive changed
a new understanding
will bring desperately needed new life
futility is a bitch
