Even though I'm an Espo/Ryan girl, I really liked to see another pairing for once, especially since it was so plausible and in character. Great work!

I'm a total Espo/Ryan shipper, too, I just always seem to end up with plots not going the way I want them to! I'm glad you liked it although it wasn't your favorite ship :)

Thank you! I won't say Willow and Tara didn't pop into my head when I wrote the ending, because they did inspire me. I've always been interested in the idea of loving someone so much you're willing to put off the necessary fight until later, so you can be with that person, not just for now, but also knowing you'll be together afterwards. So you stick a pin in it and come back to it later, when you can both face it. I'd love to have so much restraint!

I actually came to like Jenny a lot when I was writing her, so I'm really glad you liked her too. Getting Jenny's character was a big part of making the story work in my head, so I'm pleased she worked on the page, too.

Argh, I would so love to oblige, but my muse (who sounds suspiciously like Jenny) keeps getting in the way! *shakes fist at stupid, ship-blocking muse* I'm trying something at the moment, but it's multi-chapter and I have a ridiculously bad track record at ever finishing those! And lord knows, probably Jenny and Jason will pop up in my head and start bitching at me, and then the whole thing will be derailed all over again.

I know, Leonard Roberts is rather lovely, as well as being a Buffy and Heroes alum. When he popped up, I have to admit, I was hoping he'd get more screen time! This is the only decent cap I could get of them together, and it's not much... Plus Ryan's getting in the middle, as usual ;)
