I reckon you should try and get the maintenance through the child support agency cause then they make sure he pays. It could be worth looking at anyways. They take the money off him and give it to the parent caring for the child and if he doesn't pay them, they can take him to court.

Anyways, don't let it get you down too much, just enjoy the days he isn't there.

the problem with the Child support agency is they take so much of the farther, but the chile will only see about £10 of it.
i used to know someone who was having about £200 a month taken of him for his kids upkeep and the mother only saw £40 of that a month and jimbo gets less a month.
