I get white hair and lose my hair from stress all the time. Have you found anymore?

I get white hairs all over the place far too frequently. They really should tell you in school that you'll start going grey and/or bald in your 20s and that it's not really anything to worry about 'cause it happens to everybody, not just those in their 50s.
