if you still have off-peak but you kill your peak download limit does it lag?

and how do you check net usage? (TPG)

umm, during peak hours, you'll be capped. And during off-peak hours your net will run like normal. Except off-peak for TPG is like...in the middle of the night.

To check, just go TPG website, go 'Your TPG Account'and then log in. After that, just click the second button. It says check account usage and whatever.
