Still alive. Living in my new apartment now. (typing this from April's computer) Kinda lonely the first couple of nights but it's pretty cool being there, really. I like it. Still waiting on when I can get phone and internet in my place.

I'm about at my wit's end since I've googled practically until my eyes bled. I've viewed the sci.electronics.repair entries regarding monitor repair but I find nothing specific about the actual process of safely and successfully repairing an input cable. Now that I've gotten home (Peace upon the hearts of my chosen family!!) and gotten to meet my son, I find I have a little bit of time to look upon these changes that people have noticed and pointed out. Tummy hurts. Not sure why. Bleh. Am doing pretty good though because I have new hearing aids now and they work -fantastic-. Better by a long shot than the last pair I had and these are only the low-end digitals. :) If there's an ambient noise, like a fan or something, it actually cuts out the feed of the fan noise whenever there's a prominent ( Read more... )
