yeah, I know what you're going through. I had that problem last year, and yeah I know what you mean about old rememdies being considered a weakness. I had that weakeness for about a month, but I soon realized it was stupid and time to stop. Hey man hang on tight, and just don't give a fuck about everyone else. LOL... don't know if that is even good advice, but yeah.
