My online one, that is. Fewer hangouts, fewer friends and acquaintances. More nights of logging into a chat (either IRC, telnet, or others) and seeing I'm the only one active. Or lack of response other than 'hi, how goes?' 'Fine, what's new?' and then... nada

you know that's due to fb right? Most of us are all on there anyway as far as chat goes and the flies. Was just commenting on that to Leo a few minutes ago.

Yeah, 'cept I've stepped away from FB for now. Might be back there sometime. That format also limits actual, well, discussion. More associated with drive-by bumper-sticker arguments.

Don't forget that many of us have our chat programs set to "invisible" to cut down on chat spam.
