Pondering history
Or at least, the learning thereof. I think, for the way my mind works, the traditional method of teaching history is going about it wrong. As I recall, the books and lessons start on an arbitrary date then move forward to whatever was current when the book was written. Or to an arbitrary cutoff date for starting further back, or a more in-depth ( Read more... ) -

Book review
I read the e-ARC of Tiger by the Tail by John Ringo and some other guy.
It was not as good as the other books in the series, but better than the novelization of Dinocrock.
Now washing out my brain with the e-ARC of Weber's latest Honor book. -
