I was very pleased by all those warm words I received after translating the first poem. So I decided to translate one more... Don't know what else to write. Anyhow, the author is the same, the original is here, and here is the translation:

"it is very arduous and hard poem"- объясни пожалуйста сокральный смысл слова arduous - тяжелый, трудный, напряженный.... и hard трудный, тяжелый, требующий усилий и напряжения ; разве arduous и hard не синонимы?

Yes, they are synonyms. I just wanted to emphasize how I had been inspired by this poem.
Let's better discuss your Russian:
If I'm not mistaking (and I'm not mistaking :)) in Russian the word "sacral" is spelled with the letter "а" instead of "о". :-P
