They make those chain locks that have a key-thing on one side and you can actually lock on the outside... you know the chains people use to peek out their door if they unlock the deadbolt, etc? They are easy to install as you only have to attach it to the door and the door frame with some screws. Of course if he wants to kick down the door, there is nothing to stop that...
