The former. I'm a sucker for monochrome looks. The lace trim and floral design on the skirt adds a nice touch of elegance too. The bows on the front do too. I like the bust cut more too.. more feminine and uh, slightly more flirtatious in comparison to the latter dress. Plus I dont like the lantern design on the latter and the white vertical lines are distracting to me especially with the almost seemingly misplaced polka dots - random?

Now if you're wondering who I am (since I never talked to you before so of course u dont recognize me) - just a random guy that just started LJ and got too much free time lol. Just passing by..

Anyway hope my opinion helps. But then again, dont take anything to heart. I'm a guy. So honestly, what do I know about fashion? Haha.. :P

but i made a typo. i meant chandelier, not lantern lol.

and another note, i wanna clarify on the flirtatious comment... the latter dress just seems too prude in a boring way, thats all.
