This time of year it's all about the moving to a new posting. I am at a very good school now and I have a class of 20 ten year olds to teach. Really good kids, too

Hi! *pouncesandsquishesyou* I've missed seeing you on here! That is so great about the kids. I always wanted to be a teacher, also. It seems like such a rewarding career. How have you been? Do you want to exchange emails so that we can talk more frequently? *HUGS*
It is rewarding. I mean today I had to stop a fun lesson and make them write about respect and they weren't happy, but they undersTtood why and weren't angry with me. (Tough biccies if they had been as I had to do this) But we all sat in a circle and shared one thing written and each of them came up with something different. Including the one with the mild autism and the one who can't write, they both contributed. They are fantastic kids.
However, I haven't been blessed with a significant other or a family of my own either. I hope one day I may, but admittedly the study and settling into a career (and moving to different towns once a year) pretty much stuffs that at the moment. Though the men teachers are quite happy to talk to me and be gentlemenly (get me a chair and a drink at a school barbecue), even laugh at my jokes which are on the corny, punnish side. Hmmmm...
Yes lets exchange emails. Is there a secure way you would prefer to do that?
lol My jokes are usually pretty corny, too. Umm, I leave my email in my userinfo, so I don't much care who sees it. If you want to email me with your info, though, that's fine. Mine is prettyest1@yahoo.com and if you email me yours, no one else will see it but lil ole me! hahaha *HUGS*
