First, there is the issue of paying over $500 to someone and the fact there is now a possible legal investigation into that person who took the money of quite a few others as well. Can't say any more for legal reasons - that money would be very useful though

No one to hug, as I am not allowed to touch the kids in anyway whatsoever. This is to protect them, but tell a six-year-old no hugs and look at the expression their face.

EXACTLY!!! Sorry for shouting, but this is a world where people are willing to sue their five year old child's classmate over a kiss. ::growls:: And if a kid has a nasty fall, or starts crying in class because there's trouble at home and you can't even *hug* them so they know someone cares? It just sucks!

I just got the phone call confirming what was going on from my friend half an hour ago. He is devastated. I can't stop crying. That is all.

Thank you, I needed that. I've had some days to think, and get myself together so now I'm ready to face it all again.

Unfortunately you have to be so careful nowadays the children are the ones missing out here. :(
