Gee, that sounds awful. I've had a few physicians who acted like that and I chucked them directly because there's no reason to have to deal with crap like that if you don't have to. As for the Lexapro thing, I started taking antidepressants when I was sixteen (if memory serves) and trust me, I really needed them. So I think it's better to listen to psychiatrists on that account--though clearly you already know that. Anyway, I hope you start feeling better soon.
