Looks like most of us have switched over to facebook. I admit that livejournal has a better blog feel to it, but facebook has more to offer. Alright alright, I'll do this memory thing too. Since my memories of the Planet X era are so hazy, how bout throw me some things that happened then. Well unless you didn't know me back then =)

10 years ago on this day I was on the USS Enterprise (CVN-65) on the Mediterranean. I'd been out to sea for about a month now and had about 5 more months before I would return home to my family. Vance called and told us that the roof on the garage has collapsed. So Ann and I went down there to help Bobby get his motorcycle out before it totally fell down. It was a pain in the butt getting that out (more for Bobby than me).

Okay, so I've been working at Skils'kin for 14 months now. When I first got hired people told me you get a raise at 6 months. At 6 months I asked about it and my boss said nope, they only give raises once a year, but I would at least get $1 raise... probably more. So at the 1 year mark I went to my boss. Okay, I have applied for 3 federal jobs today. 2 at the Spokane VA Hospital and 1 in Bangor, Wa at a Navy base. I hope I get a bite from one of them... There is also a job opening at the Portland VA Hospital. I have to write a short essay with that application.
