What's a day off?

It can be one of two things. First of all, it's a "I'm making you work on Saturday even though you said you wouldn't for religious reasons..so this is your compensation" or a "I hired too many people and you don't complain, so I'm not bothering to put you on the schedule" thing... In most companies it doesn't exist. But the company I work for is special.

I know! It sounded like a lot of fun, too. But they wont even look at time off requests if it isn't two week in advance. *pouts*

One of my friends randomly told me the other day that I need a new job. I wasn't even complaining about the one I have and she told me this. So..I think I should probably take her advice. ...I just have to find one...and one that is better than my current job.

Though, as much as the hours and pay and company policies annoy me. I love the people I work with...and the job is in my field. So..new job requirements are awesome people, work in my field that I enjoy, and better hours/pay/policies. I'm only a little picky :D
