Insane yumminess!
Felt moved to post some of the pictures of foods I have been making lately ever since I got this really cool toaster oven from a thrift store who donates some of the proceeds (maybe all) to breast cancer research. The first pic ain’t from the toaster oven but was what prompted me to wanna post it since it is a much-loved favourite from my kittenhood that my mom used to make.
Anyways, the next few posts will feature the tastiness that I’ve found and cooked up. Yea, living on my own has been very beneficial to me in terms of eating and I’ve been feeling very inspired and creative. Someday I will get back to writing stories (have a couple I haven’t gotten around to finishing in a while but that time will come soon enough). Also, lately I’ve even been conquering my fear of not drawing well enough to even try so hopefully in the next month or so I’ll have some pics of my own creation to share! :)
Anyways, here’s tonite’s yumminess: a zuchinni/yellow squash mixture that has onions with parmesan sprinkled over the top. :9

I’ve not felt this creative since my days in California when I used to make my own periogis using the dough from the breadmaker. Speaking of which, I’ve been using the new M&Ms they got out.. the ones that have coconut in them to make a loaf that turned out fairly well with a hint of coconut in them.
