Today I finally went and volunteered at a local nature conservation place. The therapist suggested I get out of the house at least once per day and I figured volunteering might also help me feel better about myself and quicken my recovery. went to yoga tonite with my mom. the class was basically just back strengthening poses but still managed to get my body temp to increase. on the entrance to the building was the chakras painted between the two doors that go into it. I was rather happy that I managed to remember which chakras were which. It reminded me a bit of last fall/winter ( Read more... )

yesterday went to michigan renaisance festival with parents and sister and her husband. got there at the opening and stayed until they closed (about nine hours). had a pretty good time and lasted out in public a lot longer than I thought. the adderall helped out a lot but I ended up losing focus and concentration maybe halfway through the ( Read more... )
