I'm really impressed just how quickly the numbers went from emergency to almost fine. Congratulations on that! :)

I'll admit, it actually had me worried for a while, because I thought they might be dropping too fast.

The main reason I had my goals set as they initially were was because I figured that would be a safe rate of descent, but apparently, aside from being a bit wiped in the afternoon due to not having that influx of sugar and caffeine I used to indulge in, letting those numbers plummet like a lead weight is just fine.

If you're looking to include more veggies I would suggest a roasted bell pepper and portobello mushroom sandwich with cheese. It's really tasty and that makes it easier to eat.

Also if you just want to include them as snacks I find bell pepper slices to be good with just a little bit of Jane's Krazy Mixed-Up Salt on them.

There's also some soup recipes I'm sure we could pass along if you're intested/

I appreciate that. I'm not much for soup myself, save for chicken noodle and tomato, but I may take you up on that offer some time. :]
