Ran twice on the weekend, and since I haven't been running for 2 weeks i lost a minute off my time. Back to 20:34, and on Sunday 20:34. ha, 1 whole second slower. Feel pretty good about it though, only losing a minute. Especially since I'm still a bit wheezy. I think I may jsut be run down, and have some kind of throat infection and need ( Read more... ) -
A fun-filled afternoon

An old friend that I haven't seen since 1997 (i think) contacted me via the editor of the financial review. who my dad occasionally writes for. the weird thing is that this girl even remebered that, and sent an email saying she was searching for me and could it please be passed on ( Read more... ) -
isn't it odd how things twist and turn?
following on from an email i sent yesterday. I got a response from the lady in question, and somehow our conversation got onto private health insurance, which then turned into why we even have private insurance. (optical/ dental/ ambo cover/ sudden need for surgery - i'm going to increase my cover soon to cover ah, life stuff that could happen one ( Read more... ) -

So yesterday i had what would be considered a fight on a public forum. With someone that I know personally, and a few other people i know jumped in too. Anyhow, it was a really dumb fight, which started over nothing personal, and then became personal? I don't know, it felt personal. It has been a long weekend of running. I ran Friday, Saturday and Monday. On Saturday I did my best time ever 20:04. I was a bit slower today because I had a stitch for the last km :( I'm a bit achey though from all the running, so I might not run again until at least wednesday. ha, one day off. maybe thursday.

i am getting a cold. i have a cough :( i don't feel sick really at all, however i do feel a bit tired. but that could be because i'm subconsciously making myself tired because i have a cough. hmmm.
