Ok everyone, I just saw Speed Racer last night, so I'm going to recommend it to each and every one of you. Whether or not you were a fan of the old-school cartoon, you have to see this. It is one of the most visually stunning movies I've ever seen. Everything from the art direction, special effects, choreography, and color palette is awesome,

Sights and sounds, so is it lacking in plot, dialogue, and acting? It looked like it might be. Would it be best for one to drop acid before going?

actually, the plot/dialogue/acting were all pretty good. nothing ridiculously amazing, but they more than served their purpose. it was a solid storyline, but the visuals were easily the best part of the movie.
