Help please!

My studying is going fine, really hard but I love it. Just one problem, here is the guy who is stalking me - he phones me few times a day and ecen at night. Today morning I found him near my flat though I didn't give him adress. Please give me advice what should I do

Does Russia have any laws against stalking? Maybe there's a help centre you can call and find out?

I'm thinking something like "restraining order" in the US, where if the person comes near to a person withing x feet distance, they are taken away.

Thanks a lot for your advice. Surprisingly, there is a law against stalking, though it turned out to be simple misunderstanding (well, I hope so). He's from the south part of country and it's OK for guys there to stalk girls they like. Of course I told him before that's not a good idea cause I can call the police, but where he lives it's even better then a girl refuses to pay attention to the guy at first.

He promised me he would never do it again, I'm happy that it's finally finished.

LOL, teenytinyghosty was right about warning him first... I went into a little bit more radical advice from the get-go. Glad you sorted it out and the guy understands!
