So, in other news . . . I'm heading over to my boyfriend's house tonight. His mother is making this wonderful taco salad (I'm stealing it when he and I get married).
Also, I was in an Institute class today and he said "Name three [personality] things you dislike about the person you're dating. If you can't, then you're not ready to get married."
So, just for the record three things that annoy me or I just flat out dislike:
1. He has a low opinion on how he looks. Granted, I'll admit he could loose a few pounds, but he isn't grossly obese! Just admit you're all right looking and we'll both be fine.
2. He has the "crave phases" (as I call them). By this I mean we make new friend, start hanging out with them, then all of the sudden he decides he has his fill and we don't see them for a while.
3. He leaves me out of the loop sometimes. He'll tell me the day before that he wants to do something with me. Well, by noon the next day I'm all dolled up and jazzed and waiting for him. He forgets and hangs out with a buddy (which then usually makes me feel guilty because he hasn't seen this friend in a long time and/or they're have a hard time).So now I usually don't get ready till just before I know he's coming over, or when he gets here.
Despite those though, I still love him with all my heart and couldn't imagine being with someone else. I can see pass those flaws and know what kind of man he is. I consider myself very lucky to even have met him. Ah, well. Such is . . . such. ;)
