You know, funny that you post this, because I was thinking about the same thing last night. How there are people that listen to underground hip hop or whatever is REALLY hot and not on the radio and they think that they are the authority on it. Personally, I like both underground and commercial, the old and the new. I like underground when I'm feeling deep and phylosophical and I like commercial when I'm feel like shaking my booty around the house or bustin a cap on your ass. (Ok scratch the last one) Another thing that bothers me is when people see an artist making lots of money for themselves and flossin and think that they are selling out. I think those people are just hating. They are doing what every person in this world would do, hustlin to get that paper. Ok, so the record industry and these record execs are out for the money... washing down and making hip hop more digestible by a diverse audience. But basically if they do that, all the music that will come out will just be a phase... just like disco music.. that will soon die
