Aww, you make me feel all squishy inside. Oh wait, that's the other thing. Well thanks anyways. I actually thought of you when I got this ailment. It isn't new to me (about seven years old by now) but it seems a lot more prominent now. Let me tell you though, I think that whole advice about fiber, fiber, fiber is a load of crap! Pun intended.
