I deliberately left if so that it doesn't *have* to be her - I'm sure she's not the only centuries-old fae who knows a thing or two about childbirth.

But she can be if you want :-)

If so then, as for what happened to get to that point, I don't think that's my story to tell...

Stefan is named for Eleanor's favourite uncle. Any reference to anyone else of that name is purely coincidental :-) (*cough*)
