i started my period today and i have cramps out the butt!

ok well im home from state we did good ..well i thought we did... but the judges didnt... we got 3rd in kick and 6th in jazz and pom... we did our best so thats all that matters..

hi had a performance today thought it went well some things we need to work on... the tops for jazz were a little iffy ..we should where clear bra straps even though you can still see them i would rather have people see the straps then my nipples...
