$3000? It hurts me just to think about it. If it was the fault of the people who put the wrong tag on your car, I would seriously look into getting them to pay for it.

I loooooooved this weekend and want to do it again, hardcore! But, considering you probably won't be going anywhere for awhile, it probably won't be until we're 40. :) lol
