I CANT SLEEP. EVER. seriously this is one of the most frustrating things that has ever happened to me...the past 6 months i have had the absolute worst sleeping difficulties and it really does affect me. im constantly tired, cranky, and i never want to do anything. its even worse before my tournaments for some reason. on average i get about 3 hours ( Read more... )

hahahahahaha, my Insomnia friend! Im sry u cant sleep, but U may not go home at 11 anymore... just cause yr tired, i just wont let you!!! try somthin like nightquil or I dunno. Just STOP thinKing about it.... cause if it is all in yr head, thinkin about it and writing about it wont Help! MAybe Nextt weekend will help u sleep, cause ull Be soo crzy, ull just pass out! just HIT THE HAY thats all i have to say, Have u googled it lately? wat can u do to fall asleep!... or u can always count sheep, or eat fried brocholii that usually works for me! K i need to go to sleep I dont even make sence. :/ GOODnight or BAdnight the choice is yrs...

oh criv...yr right i just need to get really really drunk and pass out... PERFECTTT!! and yeah i googled it....Long-term sleep deprivation can produce serious mental and emotional effects. It is important to maintain healthy sleep habits to avoid excessive stress, mental exhaustion, physical exhaustion and burnout.

Think about light-hearted things when you go to bed. Do not plan out tomorrow.
Avoid a heavy meal, caffeine, tobacco, and alcohol before you go to bed.
Take a hot bath, listen to soothing music, and practice deep breathing and relaxation before you go to bed. Excessive worry about sleep problems actually can cause more sleep problems. The worry will keep you awake. Pray about problems instead of worrying. I have a relative, who at age l04 was asked to what she attributed her long life. She said, "I do not worry!"

three quarters a glass of warm (not hot) milk with a spoon of sugar.

knocks me out like a baby if i can't sleep
