Addiction is sickening. Addiction was fucking sickening, yet Adam Lambert found himself there, time and time again. The drugs of the LA club scene, the weed, the drugs in his weed. Adam Lambert had been there and back, seen it all, done it all. He’d fallen victim, and he’d fallen hard. Adam was over that scene. Or at least he thought he was. He’d been feeling strangely lately, and the symptoms were all too familiar. The rush of emotion. The lack of recollection after the fact (or maybe he was pushing it away, he wasn’t sure,) the vulnerability, and the clumsy awkwardness that by no means characterized Adam on any normal day. And it wasn’t until he snapped back to reality, and felt the familiar warmth of the smaller man’s arms wrapped around his midsection, that he remembered. This was no drug. This was Kristopher Neil Allen.
