Yes after 4 weeks i got my ipod back from service and today i took it back again it is still not working... Let it be know i ruined about 3 peoples days at Best buy
oh i know it is not there fault it did not work but when i took it in the first time they said it would take a week max to get fixed 4 weks later it is done
yeah.. well, the thing is, he went in and said.. "you told me my ipod would be back in a week. It took 4 weeks and it still doesn't work. I don't want it to go in for service, again, I want a new one." and he was told "We have to send it in 3 times before we can give a new one." So, he asked to speak to the manager. The kid says.. "I am the manager of the "geek squad" and Jim told him, nicely, that he wanted to speak to the store manager. So, the kid freakin SNEERS at him and says, "I'll let you talk to her as a courtesy".. as if to say.. "but, it's not going to change anything.
But, yeah, it was the attitude and the sneer that set Jim off.
I would of made life hell for them for sure... they always fuck ya over on the damn extended service plans.. they never fix it and yuor always ripping someones head off and by the time you get some answers the service plan is up they sure know how to screw us over and take our money while doing it !
