You know, I used to hate WebCT with a passion (from my days of Calc I with Grand Rapids Community College). But so far this year, I have come to love it. It has not given me any homework or other crap, and has definitely told me that I got a 94/100 on my chemistry exam, and a 91/100 on my archaeology exam. Yay ( Read more... ) -

I feel good this morning. Which, if you know me, you should realize is weird. Because I'm not a morning person. But I feel good. And I like it.
I hope this week isn't as busy as last week.

Don't waste time getting to the point
So, yesterday I was panicking because I had so much to do and not enough time to do it all. I ended up writing my Revisions paper that I thought was due today at 11. Busy what?
Ahh!! Stress!! Today was, I believe, the first day I have ever had since being in college where I absolutely had no time to work on homework. I had to be up early today (relative to when I normally get up) to interview a prof in my department. I've been going since 9. I had about 20 minutes for lunch today. no more government
Well, with the exception of "essential" departments, the Michigan state government has been shut down. That means no more liquor sales once the stores and bars run out, no more rest areas on the highways, and a whole slew of other things. Wonder what'll happen now... -

Waiting for a lonely miracle
You know, I haven't just relaxed and done nothing during the day in so long, I almost feel guilty doing it now. Thursdays I have Revisions 11-12.30, and then Prehistory & Archaeology 3.30-5. It's raining right now. Still raining. It's been raining on and off ( though more on) for like two weeks now. Why can't we just have nice, cloudy Autumn days? Those are the best. But no, we have rain-death-ness. Not that I don't like rain, I just don't like downpours.
