so a quick synopsis of my new place.. the common rooms are smaller than my old place, but my room is a bit bigger with a bigger closet. House is much nicer and even has a huge deck. Roommates, I believe, will be much better than my old situation. I was 1 mile away from campus now about 7 miles. It mainly depends on how bad traffic is on highway 1
