I paid for and collected the headbow in person at MCM Expo, so shipping rating does not apply. Really good communication and she even took extra photos when I wanted to double-check the colour of the bow before buying. She was very friendly and the bow was in great condition - I'd definitely buy from her again.

She bought a skirt from me, the communication was quick and good and so was the payment. I could not send out her skirt right away due to Christmas, but she was really nice about it!
