1. The Jedi Mind Trick Most of the time, no, because Murasa has a very strong will. But if Muraki can catch her off-guard during an extremely vulnerable episode (which is unlikely) then there would be a much higher chance of the attempt succeeding. Please contact me first though?
2. Mind Reading Surface thoughts and recent memories is fine! I'd prefer if he didn't delve any deeper than that, though, because a) she's over 1000 years old so that's a LOT of memories and b) some stuff in her past came from my headcanon.
