or
to lack self confidence and have low self esteem "i'm the ugliest there has been, i'm such a loser.. ugly bitch"

Neither my dear, you need to be inbetween THAT. You don't have to think your the hottest thing on the face of this earth to have confidence, oyu can have confidence, think you look good but you don't have to be cocky about it!

Although I agree neither are good, you didn't ask that. You asked one or the other.

I'd say confidence, because at least it's a positive thing on the whole. Say "n0 to em0". I don't think it makes you attractive at ALL, and it honestly just makes you uglier if you're always whining about yourself and never smile. People will just think you're seeking attention, and not give it to you.
