A/N: I kind of hated this one when I wrote it, but I must admit that it's grown on me. For
snowaltz , who wanted a seasonal koyashige/tegomass fic. Or something like that. I hope you like it! For my

“Fuck, it’s cold today,” Shige shivers, stamps his feet on the welcome mat at Tegoshi’s front door and brushes the icy flakes out of his hair. The snow had been a surprise; the forecast for this week had said it would be too warm for any flakes. He’s just grateful it isn’t sticking; the roads are already hard to drive on with the holiday traffic.
Koyama laughs, soft and easy, and turns to help him unwind his scarf. “I think it’s nice,” he says casually. Shige rolls his eyes.
“You think everything is nice this time of year.” He mumbles, not really all that sour. Koyama opens his mouth to refute this - he’s pretty sure the car accidents that always happen when it gets cold aren’t nice, after all - but is cut off by a sudden clamor from outside the entry way.
And then there are dogs, Tinny and Skull falling over themselves as they skitter into greet them excitedly, Tegoshi following them. Koyama grins and bends down to let the dogs sniff and lick him, and Shige gives their youngest member a half hearted glare.
“You had to pick the coldest night of the year for this little get together, didn’t you?” His tone is teasing, not angry, and Tegoshi just sticks his tongue out.
“You were the one who didn’t want to do it during the week.” He points out, and then he latches onto Koyama’s arm, just to get Shige flustered. Massu is in the kitchen, dishing out take-out onto proper plates, and he waves pleasantly at them as they pass. “Sit,” Tegoshi tells them, nudging them towards the adjoining living room, abandoning them to join Massu, slipping thin arms around his waist and dropping his chin onto the older’s shoulder comfortably.
Koyama grins at them, because it’s cute, and lets Shige pull him onto the couch. “This was a good idea,” he decides, craning his neck to glance at the giggling couple happily. Shige watches him as he watches the other two, smiling softly, even when he ends up with a lap full of dog a few seconds later.
“Yeah,” he agrees after a moment, as Tegoshi crows in excitement and brings out their dinner, Massu trailing behind, and they all end up squeezed onto the couch even though it’s only meant for two. “I think it was.”
