i've been hearing the MOVE name over and over in this book i'm reading, so i checked them out.

I've read through it a couple of times and have yet to form much of an opinion.

On one hand the Move do sound like a right bunch of nutters(not the back to nature, getting away from technology but the blatant disregard for those living close by) and then the police response seems damn right reckless and incompetent.

i really don't know enough about MOVE to make judgements on their sanity.. but it's obvious the police were, as you said, reckless and incompetent.. and violent.
