To witness a phrase that was hip used on the Today Show is to see the phrase die in the eyes of the hip. I don't know if this phrase was ever hip, because I'm pretty sure it somehow originated on Sex in the City, but she's just not into me. It's from a book. The author, if I remember correctly, guested on "Sex and the City". I know. Too much TV. By the by: You have a hot lawyer.
