it is difficult to leave a church that i had gotten so use to the way they did things. it is difficult to come and go to a church of christ that is so different. that is why it is so refreshing to go to sanctuary every thursday night. those instruments do something. i dont know if it makes me concentrate more or what, but it seems like i can hear

Kraft....i think you are right on with all the comments you made about God and our relationships with Him. Your insight is amazing. And don't think that the reason you didn't have the friends like you have here was because you were home schooled. (j/k jon kraft...you know i don't mean it) I went to public school and didn't even have friends like you guys. I'm so sorry that this week is going to be rough for you, but i'm sure you will come through it fine. And now about the comments you make about girls not liking emo guys like yourself, (and i thought you didn't like to be known as emo!) it's not true, there are so many girls that like you that you constantly cause drama!

Numero Uno: Just because you're at a church of Christ school, doesn't mean that you have to go to a church of Christ. A lot of people don't. Go where you really feel comfortable and is enjoyable for you.
Dos: Girls--not all of us go for the abercrombie models. Also, it can be hard to see so many happy couples around, but first of all, know that they are not all happy. I promise. Secondly, I seriously believe that God made people that are meant for each other. I pray for my future husband, even though I have no idea who he is. Chin up, you'll find that girl. =)

Kraft! I am not church of christ either! I come from a christian church and we play music and use instruments every Sunday, I also agree that it is refreshing to go to Sanctuary (ive actually said the exact same thing!)I also feel a bit out of place at the churches I have been going to. Its nice to experience diffrent ways of praise though, so just know you have someone in the same boat as you. Lipscomb University is definatley not the OC, that is a tv show (obviously) I bet the real OC isn't even like the show. Oh, and where do you see all of these Abercrombie surfer guys (I sure don't see em lol!) Girls taste in guys changes all the time, I think this emo thing is so cool! Girls love all diffrent types of guys and I happen to know that NO ONE I know hates emo! Just some advice from a friend!
