Chesterfield Tickets

So I got a ticket going 74 in a 60 last night on the Powhite in Chesterfield. Is there any point in going to court? (Lowering fine? Avoiding insurance raise?) or should I just suck it up and pay it off?

If you go to court they may let you just go to driving school and not have to pay any fine and avoid points on your record.

this is the best way to go, the class will probably cost like 50 bucks and then you have court fines, but no points on the record and it will probably be less than the ticket

you should go to court cuz even if they dont do driving school for you, chesterfield judges almost ALWAYS reduce it to < 9 over the speed limit, so at least then if it does go on record your gigantic new shitty fee will be less.
