it always amazes me how many "lose weight now" commercials there are on television after the new year.
i hate to break it to you guys, but there is no such thing as a diet.. i mean, are you going to stay on that diet for the rest of your life? doubt it. its called, get off your ass and exercise, while eating healthier than you were before.

2. Eat 4 to 5 servings of fruit/vegetables every day
3. Be moderate in drinking any alcohol
4. Exercise
My thought: If I ate 4-5 servings of plants, I wouldn't have room to eat anything else. < /sarcasm >
