Things seem normal.
I finished Steven Lawhead's "Hood" and, as usual, enjoyed every page of it. Up through the last page I was grinding my teeth. What was really neat is that  he included a few pages of why he changed major aspects of the Robin Hood stories. His reasonings are fairly sound.

My uncle starting sitting in my dad's recliner this afternoon. I don't know why but it's driving me insane. I want to yell at him, "Who the hell do you think you are... get out of that freaking chair!" I guess I'm a little over protective of my dad ( Read more... )

Dad is back in the hospital due to the blood clot in his leg. He has to take blood thinners to try and help with the clot. The thinner could cause his tumor to bleed into the brain. We are praying he pulls out of this.

My uncle is in the living room. He flys out Wednesday...

Dad was let out of the hospital a few days ago. As far as we know he still has a clot in his lung. The doctors dont know how long it will take for it to dissolve or it ever will.  He's doing pretty well. He started another series of chemo for the next few weeks so, he is tired ( Read more... )

Dad is back in the hospital. They found a clot in his knee and after another scan they found one in his lung. Two filters were placed in his leg to catch and break up the clot and anymore that might show up. The clot in his lung is just a waiting game to see what will happen.
