hey everyone.well last night was battle of the bands and it was awesome.I'll tell you all about just because I have nothing better to do lol.
ok, so Alycia's dad picked me up at like 6:00ish and we went to the school.we met Tara, Christine, Jim, Andy, and other people there.I couldn't take any pics cuz my digital camera is gay and it broke and I'm sad, but anyway, it started around 6:30 and the first band was Scurvy.it was Tyler Van Kirk, Julia, Timmy(no idea how to spell his last name lol), Michelle Zariello(sp?), and Julia's little brother.they were pretty good.they played Don't Speak,an alanis morrisette song, and other one's that I forget.but Tyler and Michelle are really good singers, and in this one song Julia did this screaming thing that was a little freaky.I never thought she could do that.the next band was called Section 8.John Ferry, Mike Leonard, and two random hot kids were in it lol.they sang Sweet Home Alabama and Stacy's Mom and some other songs I didn't know.they were ok.the next band was called Mysterious Tadpole(atleast I think they were next.well anyway, Pat Haggerty, Pete Abazia, Dave Schnug, and Brian Emmanuel were in it.they played some odd songs that I don't know but they were pretty good.they won so everyone must have liked them.the next band was Mirage.it was Lee Jackowsky, Ben Hutcheon, Matt Colombo, and one other person I forget.I'm so bad.haha anyway they were pretty good.they played Megalomaniac and I like that song so it was cool.the last band was Growfonder and all I can say is wow.they were awesome.I don't know how they didn't win.it was A.J. Fulton, Scott Gallo, Nick Troisi, Matt Schulien, and this Dan Miller kid played in some of the songs.they played You Know How I Do and wow it was just so awesome.they definitely should've won.so they all played their 20 minutes sets then there was a little intermission to go vote and stuff, which I didn't cuz I forgot and by the time I got out there the buckets were gone and I was so pissed, but after that they played their 10 minute sets and Growfonder did an acoustic set! it was so cute haha.they played Times Like These and Soco Amaretto Lime and I was like awww haha.it was really good.but, I had to leave after they played cuz my parents are gay so I walked home at like 9:30 and that was that.all I can say is awesome, awesome night.
so today was kinda blah.Alycia didn't come to school, and I wanted to hang out with her and Steph tonight and go to the movies or something.but no, of course we had to argue and they had to be gay and go to the mall so now I'm here as bored as a dead fucking mouse.I'm just really pissed cuz I don't want my friends to hate me, but I think I'm going to the carnival again tomorrow.who knows.I'm out.<33
