School has started for about a month now. The majority of my classes are going ok except for ACCOUNTING. ACCOUNTING IS THE BANE OF MY EXISTENCE. I do not know what I want to do with my life. Do I want to be a business and Japanese double major or Japanese major with a business minor or something else? If I decide to double major with business, I ( Read more... )

I actually do have the drama of Mars, but I've been waiting to finish the manga first before I watch it, cuz I really really love the manga so far.

as for the major-minor thing. Do what feels right. Leave yourself some options though. You don't want to get totally stuck on one track, decide it isn't for you and get stuck doing something you hate.

I'm going to go in fall. We have only one program for non- Albany students. It's a program to Kansai Gandai near Osaka. I heard good things about it from my friend who is there now. Kansai Gandai has program specifically for international students. You have the option of homestay and dorm. If you dorm, most likely you will be with other international students. I don't know how the credits will count for BU. Alot of people from other schools do go through our study abroad programs. Albany Study Abroad good luck with deciding on a major too

I want a job in the study abroad office! I wish I'd gotten work study, because otherwise it's near impossible to find on campus jobs other than Chartwells. ;_; ::will give them her soul once she gets back to health::

You're more prepared than I am, at any rate. I don't even have a real minor. XD; But I agree with everyone else, just do what feels right! I'm sure you'll find a way to work things out no matter what you do. ♥
