well i saw it somewhere a long time ago and it wasn't from you and it didn't say nobody couldn't use it. and what is with the 'next time, don't be so rude' i'm not being rude i never went into somebody else's journal and told them not to use an icon just because it was made for them, now did i. no i didn't think so

i'm going to continue on using it just because i can and because you aren't using it anymore so it's no longer 'yours'
