hiya hey its really good to hear from you.hmm.. i think your right about needing to visit your counselor regularly.although like you i am having a hard time with mine right now cause of the stuff were talking about yea.It is hard sometimes well most times really but we have to work through it all otherwise we will never get any better yea.I do agree about work keeping you busy but then again its only since i stopped working that i began to think about my abuse and like the last few months i decided to do something about it yea.were as while i was working i was just hiding it.hey i hope you start seeing your counselor again soon.take care yea micky
