So i go out tonight on my 10 mile run. This isn't anything out of the ordinary...until i get home and realize my fucking key isnt in my arm band where it usually is. i usually go 10 miles, stop at the coffee shop on the way home and drink tea walking back home 2.5 miles. i realize post-tea, and coffee shop, standing on my doorstep that i've left

hahah ten! it's addicting. once you start going five you feel like its not enough, and now i'm just addicted, as long as my ipod is in my ears i can go forever!!! <3.
