I'd like to collapse to the ground and coil my fingers in the grass, into the soil. My hair in the dirt and my back to the Earth I'd like to stare into the cerulean and watch tree branches become acquainted with one another. I want to retreat with the sun and reconcile with the illusory world, lamenting over the cruelty of my own mobility.

I am my own albatross.
